Notes/Reviews

Ask for reviews that say the town, not ‘great service’

·Westford, Lexington, Melrose, Reading

‘Great service, highly recommend’ helps a little. ‘Fixed our boiler in Westford the same day’ helps the 01886 pack. Google reads the text. So write the ask that way.

The ask

Text after the job: ‘If you have a second, a Google review that mentions [town] helps neighbors find us. Here’s the link.’ One sentence. No gift card. Gifted reviews get the listing filtered.

  • Same name on the review profile as the GBP
  • Reply to every review, including the bad ones, in the same town voice
  • A photo of the finished work beats another stock smile
  • Do not paste the same reply on twenty reviews

This is slower than buying posts. It is also how Lexington, Melrose, Reading, and Winchester downtowns actually move. We will set the cadence if you do not want to nag. You still have to do the work that earns the sentence.
